NEW MEXICO HOUSING

This project reflects our commitment to sustainable design and building. Using the Green Communities Initiative, this effort yields results in significant benefits to the environment and the community such as: reduction in the consumption of natural resources, reduction in waste to landfills, reduction in the consumption of fossil fuels and as a result cleaner air, healthier living environments and reduction in resident utility costs. This project exceeds HUD affordability criteria with all of the units set aside for households earning 60% or less of the Median Family Income for the area..
